CDL Driver's Application

We are seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers who are looking for a financially rewarding opportunity. At Wade Ale Transportation, we offer a percentage-based pay structure, ranging from 27%-35%, based on experience. This pay structure is calculated based on the linehaul rate after deducting the fuel surcharge. We also welcome owner-operators who have their own trucks. As an owner-operator, you have the option to book your own freight or run in our network. We have a team of knowledgeable operations staff who can help you maximize your revenue. We primarily operate in the agriculture, construction, and heavy equipment industries and haul mostly flatbed, step deck, liftgate, and RGN loads. Our drivers must have a TWIC Card, Tanker endorsement, or the ability to obtain within the first 2 months. We prefer drivers with 1+ years of experience, but we are open to training exceptional candidates. We are looking for drivers who can commute to our Bridgeton, NJ terminal or live in route to our primary customers in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We occasionally consider drivers who live outside of our hiring area, but they must be willing to stay in the truck for at least 2 weeks. This position can be physically demanding, and drivers must be willing to chain, strap, and secure loads, as well as lift up to 50 lbs. Communication is also a key trait we look for in our drivers.
